The city of Toronto is trying to shut down all the medical marijuana dispensaries located in the city and we need your help to stop them. We provide a service to patients that need our products to help them with their medical needs.
On Friday, May 13th, Mayor John Tory made a statement on CBC Metro Morning that by the end of May, all Toronto "pot shops" - Compassion clubs, dispensaries, and the like - will face charges - potential police actions and fines of 50,000. The majority of Ontarians support the dispensary model. We call on John Tory to meet with patients representatives and responsible local business owners who have already created working rules and regulations for ethical cannabis businesses to abide by, and ask that he allow responsible businesses addressing the needs of patients, paying taxes, and operating with the support of most Ontarians to continue to operate.

I started this because I was worried about patients being left behind but I never imagined so many people would step up to help. Seeing your stories and your commitment reminds me that this is not about me but about the community we have built together. I am just trying to keep up with the messages and I am so grateful you are here.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum we have built together because I never thought this would reach so many people. This movement belongs entirely to the patients and the supporters who refused to be ignored.

If dispensaries and compassion clubs close, I have to go back to meeting men I don't know very well in their apartments to buy weed. I really don't want to go back to that.
My mother has a liscence for fibre mialgia. She is caregiver to an adult son with angelmans syndrome. Without this medicine both my mother and brkthers lives would be much more difficult and the pain for her would make caring for his physical needs nearly impossible.
I fully support dispensaries in the community. It provides a safer method of acquisition for medicinal users. Users have the piece of mind knowing exactly where their choice of medical treatment is coming from.
Please I am a 21 year old insomniac, this is the first medicine that has put me to sleep since I was 14.. No pharmaceuticals help me
People need to get medicinal grade cannabis from a safe and clean environment. I do not feel safe buying my medicine off of the street and I can not wait a week to get it from the licensed producers. I need to be able to go into a place where people with knowledge can steer me in the right direction im terms of which strain of cannabis will help my condition. Please do not shut down my local dispensary.

People use it because they need it!! The government needs to stop taking away peoples choices, if it helps people leave them alone!!! There not using it to get high but to manage pain and unless you've been there your not going to understand that. So you shouldn't be able to control it!!!!

Stop busting people for this and leave the dispensaries alone!! And for god sake do NOT only allow the LCBO to sell it. Thats called a monopoly. Last time I looked that is illegal in Canada let alone Ontario!
