I didn't personally goto Matthews, but hearing all of these story's of people signing this petition, these two men are family to this school and to take them away would be like splitting a family up. I feel the children will be devastated if they went to school one day and the two men who makes sure that all their students are happy and keep a smile on their faces and are always there are gone. This is ridiculous to take two men away from a job they have been at for over 30 years!

I attended Mathews 1st through 5th grade ('99-'04). Mr. Brown and Mr. Cleo were always so welcoming and knew how to make you smile. They were always there to say good morning and held many conversations with us kids in the cafeteria. Mathews would not be the same without them.

My daughter goes to this school during the 2nd half of the school year every year and these two people always remember who she is, they greet her with a smile and always ask how she's doing and feeling !!

I went to Mathews for my 4th and 5th grade years. I remember these custodians more than I remember half my teachers there. I can still hear Mr. Brown singing in the cafeteria during lunch and always making everyone laugh and smile. Mr. Cleo was always so kind hearted and I loved them both so much.

These are two of the hardest working people I know. Always willing to assist faculty and students.

Leave their jobs alone they are part of Mathews. Other than their job they looked after our children's well being. Good men

I'm 22 years old now, in the 2nd grade it was these gentlemen and a certain Mr. Anthony that saved me from a desk of doom. (They had lift the desk I had wedged myself under during reading time) Funny story aside, all of those custodians play I great role in that school, anyone who has been a student there will tell you the same.

Mr. Brown and Mr. Cleo are at the center of the Mathews family. Mathews wouldn't be Mathews without them.

I would love for all elementary school custodians to be able to stay at their respective schools.

the people pushing for these men to be let go have no sense of loyalty...No sense of loyalty when all that these men have shown is, in fact loyalty.
