I went to Mathews many years ago and everytime I saw them during lunch they always had a smile on their face and it made me happy.

These men were very good to my children and helped the PTA in every possible way they could. Only fond memories and respect from my family to these gentlemen.

My two grandchildren attended Matthews. These gentlemen were always looking out for the children and were kind and respectful to adults. The school would be losing a major asset to lose these two.

From past years, to present time, Mr. Cleo & Mr Brown have been the backbone, of Mathews Elementary school. Students, faculty, and parents always know that these two men will be right there by their side. Mr. Cleo & Mr. Brown are much than two men keeping a school clean and operational. They are our family! They give, young, students praise, love, guidance, and most import, an example, of humanity and service to our community.

I went to Matthews in the early 1990's those two guys we're always hard working men and not only that they definitely could put a smile on young people's faces they were very funny and as a father of two now I would love for my kids experience people like that because no matter what your job is or what you do it's on how you impact young individuals to become better people in this world and those two guys definitely could do it.

Please leave the elementary custodial staff in the schools where they are so important to the children.
If contract workers have not worked well in middle and high schools, why would they work in elementary schools?

Most memorable janitors I've ever had throughout any school I've attended. Mr. Anthony, who is not there anymore and Mr.Brown and Cleo were important to all the kids at Mathews. They were janitors who interacted with the children, they did more than just clean.
