Through 10 years of law school, bar prep, and teaching, Marlene was always there with a smile and a kind word. She's helped so many ULV students get through rough days, I would hope she'd be there always.

Marlene is the law school. She helped us all make it through. I couldn't imagine it without her.

Can't believe ULV would even consider this acceptable. Current students: time to organize and protest.

I agree, Marlene is apart of the University of La Verne, College of Law. Her presence is part of the La Verne experience!

Marlene is so knowledgeable, kind and cheerful. Always willing to help you find what you need and provide service with a smile. Marlene belongs in the bookstore at ULVCOL!

Marlene was the best part of my ULV experience! Her smiling face and calm demeanor was so comforting as we went through the harrowing law school process. Loved her, please bring her back!

Marlene did not just work at the bookstore. She was always there for us in every way she could. Please bring her back.

Marlene always had a kind word and a smile for us stressed out law students.

It is devastating to learn that Marlene will no longer be apart of the bookstore. Marlene is very much apart of the ULV College of Law community. Marlene was one of the reasons that I would not stop at the store to grab snacks and paid more to buy my snacks at the bookstore. I will no longer be visiting the bookstore to purchase any items.

Marlene is an integral part of the LaVerne College of Law community. She has meant more to EVERYONE here than merely a person who ran the bookstore. Please bring her back.

Marlene is the only reason that I go to the bookstore. I won't be spending money at the bookstore until Marlene comes back.

Marlene is really sweet and had a very sunny disposition every time I walked into the book store. It is sad to hear that she has been replaced. The law school campus will not be the same without her.
