This school should not be closed. This is just crazy to ship our young children out on buses for that long of a drive.

As a proud graduate of Marlboro Grade School and Marlington High School, parent and grandparent of graduates and current students of the same, I believe that closing Marlboro Grade School is not prudent and is a slap in the face of families in our local school system.

We would like to keep our children in Marlboro Township, otherwise we will be forced to explore other options.

The school board should be more concerned about building the public's trust and closing Marlboro does just the opposite. They are saying our opinion doesn't matter. Maybe when the next operating levy doesn't get the support of the voters they will realize that they need to listen. All three elementary schools need to be treated the same.

Bowman Rd, (Washington Twp.) The voters elected this board which should keep the children's best interest as well as their constituents best interest in mind as they make decisions. If we don't agree with how the board is making decisions it is up to us to change the board as their terms come up. It is my opinion that 3 separate buildings are the best.

Please keep Marlington open until there is an actual consolidation plan. If Washington and Lexington families have zero adjustments, transitions, longer commute times than nothing should change for Marlboro families until there is an actual plan. If the current class sizes can still support exceptional student learning, necessary social environments and one on one learning it is essential to have all three schools.
