THE SHELBY COUNTY BOARD IS SET TO VOTE TO TRANSFER LINCOLN ELEMENTARY STUDENTS TO A.B. HILL AND SOUTH SIDE MIDDLE TO RIVERVIEW. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. ONCE THESE SCHOOLS CLOSE, THEN THE COMMUNITY GOES. THIS IS AN HISTORIC COMMUNITY THAT IS ADJACENT TO SOULSVILLE. MANY FAMOUS PEOPLE MARTICULATED FROM THESE SCHOOLS.
