There is an effort to remove some of the most basic a sacred planks of the republican platform which we must protect. These are the protection of life, and marriage between on man and one woman. These planks of the republican platform must remain.
The protection of human life is the bedrock of our nation and is the founding principles that were instilled by our founding fathers. All life is sacred from cradle to grave which is one of the basic principles of the republican platform and must be protected.
Traditional marriage between one man and one woman is the very foundation of a nation and must be protected and must remain on the republican platform.

If the Republican Party feels that these issues are no longer important, than I am saddened to say the Republican Party will no longer be a place for me and my family. You can have the empty shell of what used to be the party of Lincoln and Reagan.
We should not have to have a petition for this. It should be a given to the GOP... such a shame that it has come to this.

Keep America strong... I cannot in good conscience remain in this party if this is removed.
