This a great little shop and a great asset to the high street. I really hope it can stay a part of our villages.

I use the green grocers weekly, I lived on the Whitehill estate before moving to Oakington. I would always use Less wards on Barwell Road,
once we moved to Longstanton /Oakington I would shop during my weekly Wednesday family visit.
Then Barwell shop closed,
but was over the moon to find they moved to Histon.

It would be a real shame if this shop had to close down. The village needs to hang on to the independent shops, as they help give Histon and Impington a true sense of individuality.

I shop at the grocers very regularly as it sells good quality, fresh produce. Many villages don't have a grocers of their own and it seems independent shops and businesses are fading away. Please don't take our grocers away

We regularly buy our fruit and veg from Les Ward - beats the supermarkets hands down. Decent, local independent shops are the heart & soul of villages like Histon, I would be gutted to find it replaced with yet another pizza takeaway!!!
