Les Ward provides a good variety of great produce including those which are difficult to get at reasonable prices elsewhere such as fresh lemongrass, garlic, fresh ginger, a variety of chillies (incl jalapeno, scotch bonnet, bird eye), pomelo, in season local blood oranges (just to name a few). Friendly and helpful service too. All on the high street! Fantastic.

I would certainly miss this shop, I buy my greengroceries there at least once a week, and they are always of good quality.

One of the best shops in Histon, such a great range and knowledgeable and helpful staff. Provides a vital service to the town.

The greengrocers is the heart of the village (esp. for vegetarians!) - please don't rip out our heart.

We use Les Ward's at least twice a week and we would be distraught if it closed. It has become a local centre for excellent quality fresh produce. Please don't let it close.

The local economy thrives through local businesses like Les Ward, and the High Street is kept alive. Les Ward provides us with friendly service, and with fresh fruit and vegetables, many of which are grown locally.

I love fruit, especially peaches. Those things are delish.

Please help this business. It is important to keep this independent business in the village so big shops like Tesco and CooP don't take the profits!
