Villages like Histon need local places like Les Ward to thrive. Too many similar villages now struggle with empty and abandoned buildings because shops like these were forced out by rent increases and big business.
Local businesses, pubs, food trucks, childminders etc have already come out and said that they rely in part on Les Ward. If they are removed, the local economy will suffer.

local shops with local produce are important to our community,there must be a way that we can keep our shop open and keep the landlords happy as well.
