The Deli is amazing. The staff are the most friendly and kind people and it offers a really affordable breakfast/lunch options. What other places can you actually get a great sandwich and BiBimBap? It's a great small business that has a lot of impact on the people who are in the office space.

Don't think that space for seats beats being able to get a reasonably priced meal. Having food and drinks so close makes it easier to be in this office.

We don't need more lobby space, the deli is great. If anything provide lower rent as they make the building that much easier to be a tenant in.
