There is nothing wrong with the key card system. It’s an utter waste of money and time to switch to a different system at this point! We are almost done with the neighborhood being built out and to now change it is just pointless!

It’s pretty frustrating that I moved in 2 weeks ago and won’t be able to use the amenities at my leisure and have to rely on others to let me in or ask to borrow a key for the restroom until this new system is in place. I do not agree that after 2 residents, you have to pay an extra $25 for each additional person on top of the HOA dues already paid.

The current system we have in place is just fine. Why did something if it’s not broke. Complete waste of money.

There are residents without smart phones that would be cut off from access or forced to make an expensive investment to use amenities they already pay for. The potential harm to phones being required to be brought to the pool in the Texas heat is frustrating making this a mandatory way of having access.

I’m a new homeowner and still cannot access the amenities. We should not be forced to use an application to access this. Fobs are more than adequate and don't propose potential data security issues. Not to mention the ridiculous HOA rates we now pay.

I have used OpenPath before at my office, and it requires you to always share your location, even when not using the app. I do not want my location tracked just for the sake of using the amenities.

Aside from the "unknown" cost of the new system, I'm assuming there will be a monthly or annual maintenance fees? There are probably additional costs when a technician is called if the system malfunctions. My $0.02. Thank you. -A-
