Judging by all these positive comments, Stuy truly appreciates him and his work. I don't know Mr. Kern personally, but I do know that firing someone with 20+ years of dedicated service because of some exam is plain wrong.

Class of '06. I personally would NEVER donate to stuy again if this happens. You are killing the soul of Stuyvesant with this act. Stuy is not what I once knew it to be and what I loved. If this is how the administration acts I have no cares to subject other children to such a heartless, bureaucratic system #notmystuy
