I would prefer to see my Taxes go to better maintenance of our current infrastructure including the streets, benefiting many people, before considering any expenditures which “may” be benefitial to a select few.

Please do not make Kentville any more difficult to navigate than it already is.

What a ridiculous decision. Parking is not the best even with these spots! Great way not to promote business!

There is difficulty in finding a parking space in Kentville now! We need to think of ways to support our local businesses in a better way! Safe biking is important ... however, our focus needs to be on keeping businesses alive so our town can thrive... I am not in favour of this proposal.

This is absurd!!! Are you trying to destroy the business core in Kentville? I am utterly shocked at this level of stupidity even considering this!!!!

I wish the best for safe biking in Kentville, but there surely MUST be a way to route Bike Lanes while respecting the wishes of entrepreneurs who keep this town alive...

Bike lanes in vibrant towns and cities offer healthy alternatives to motor vehicles and safe transportation for cyclists. The beautiful town of Kentville has much to offer as a nature trail but the town will not exist without business. Phinne

This is a terrible idea. Finding parking is already hard enough now.

My sister and I often take our elderly mother to Kentville and it is already difficult to find places to park. She cannot walk far so I try to park as close as possible to where she needs to go. This street is where I try to park. The bike lane is not a good idea if this town wants more business.

You really need two lanes on Webster Street as there is not enough room to park in the town of Kentville now. It will greatly cut down on your business if you change anything.

It's hard to find a place to park in Kentville now so this is a crazy idea.

To me this seems like a terrible idea. There arent enough parking spaces already. I am all for being biker friendly as I do ride a bike, but I'm sure there must be an alternative solution. I believe that this move would be detrimental to the business owners along Webster St,which would appear to be a big part of the town income tax contributors. If any of these business close due to reduced customer volume, this would equal a reduced tax income for the town. Find another solution that will keep these business happy and healthy !!

It’s already tough to park in Kentville...

It’s busy enough during the day on webster street with the two lanes. This would be a hit to the local businesses lining that street as centre square is usually packed already for parking.

This change to the town makes no sense unless you are planning on doing the same to the rest of the roads... which would cause a huge parking and traffic issue within kentville
