I can’t believe I have to sign this.. I truly am boggled by anyone that lives in, works in, or in anyway spends time in Kentville year round would think this bike lane that reduces Webster Street to 1 lane is a good idea

Several Years ago they took a thru lane of traffic away on Main St to create much needed parking spaces. Many people disputed that change and it happened anyway. Now taking away parking spaces, not needed they say--and spending big $ for a project that I cannot see will generate $ and just sounds crazy---! Please listen to the people that do care about and support the Town of Kentville.

An alternate route would be a much better idea. This proposed change could be the final nail in the coffin to a struggling down town area. Please reconsider.

If I can’t conveniently park, then I will not be stopping and shopping. Bad idea of getting rid of parking spots in order to accommodate a few for a short period of time throughout the year.

This is by far the worst idea yet for Kentville, Please do not let Recreation Departments drive economic planning issues, use the old railway bed like you should have from the beginning and like every other town in Nova scotia has

Make the trail along River Street and the new bridge. There is nothing appealing about riding a bike in heavy traffic along a one one way street where pedestrians will be stepping out in front of you to cross the street looking in the opposite direction for traffic. Too many other reasons to list.
