Mr. Kastner has been my band director for 4 years. The band will not be the same without him and this is unfair to all of his current students.

Keep Mr Kastner as the High School Director!!! I have seen first hand the results of his work through the students of the high school. He leaves a positive trend within each student he works with. Shame on the school administration !!! This is NOT WANTED BY THE STUDENTS!

You are making a big mistake by transferring him. It would be a huge blow to the music department of nahs. To some kids this man is a father figure and kids still talk to him after high school. He has a huge impact in the students growth and future and taking him away is like taking the father of a big happy family. Don't do this. It is the best decision to leave him hear and allow him to help other kids grow and mature just like he has for 14 years. HE MUST STAY!

I am signing in the hope of keeping Mr. Kastner at North Arlington High School. Mr. Kastner is an importnat part of the high school and he belongs with the High school viking family. The future of the band would never be the same without him. He does a phenomenl job putting together everything for the fall season of marching band, and without him the school and band program would be lost. He needs to stay where he belongs, forever a high school band director

Mr. Kastner is definitely one of the best teachers i've had so far throughout high school. He makes us all laugh, and he tries his hardest to build a bond that you can't find in any other classroom. He makes making music so enjoyable. Everytime someone leaves that band room there no doubt that they'll have a smile on their face. Kastner is one of the most talented, and caring teachers in the world, and to get rid of him... Is like getting rid of a huge part of the north arlington music department and theres no way it'd be the same without him.

My daughter attends NAHS and if she can pick her favorite teacher it'd be him. I've seen how well he works with the students, losing him would affect their lives so much.

Though I am not apart of the band family, I too have been touched by Mr.Kastner as he gave me the sense of pride and love for what every single band member does as a whole. I truly respect Mr Kasyner for having changed our lives and given his time to create something undoubtedly special and beautiful. It just comes to show how strongly we as a family feel about this decision.

Mr. Kastner needs to stay he does not deserve to leave to the elementary schools! He has done so much for us and the administration is wrong for coming up with this idea. Him leaving can ruin the future of the band forever.

My younger cousin has him as a teacher and she always goes on about how great he is. My brother works with his finance and him too, so he's a big reason why they're happy and enjoy school. Don't switch him.
