Love, Love, Mrs. Hayes! I don't even know why this nonsense is happening! She is the BEST middle school principal and the reason Margarita is as great as it is! Would be a tragedy to lose her!

She was my principal over 10 years ago and amazing then and is still amazing now as my little sister goes to Margarita. They cannot get rid of her!

Ms. Hayes was an amazing principal and one of the reasons we asked for a transfer to MMS. She was caring and knew each student by name. If we ever had an issue, no matter how small, she immediately responded and took her parent and student's needs strongly into consideration. It would be a tragedy to lose such a fine educator from our district.

Karen Hayes is the greatest advocate for our kids in the district. By far the greatest educator that I have met in TVUSD. Very disturbed to hear this news. My children look up to her as a role model and were deeply saddened to hear this.

I've never come across a Principal whom is always there for her students, she never pass by a parent & not acknowledge them. She always carries her brightful smile. We love her & we want her back!!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mrs. Hayes. Both my girls attended and currently attend the school and have had a wonderful experience with her as Principal.

As a parent of three kids that have had Mrs. Hayes as their middle school principal, I am very disappointed to see that the district is planning on removing her without better public notice. She is a wonderful woman that cares deeply for the kids. I have no idea what the allegations are to cause such an audacious change, but I can not imagine that this removal is justified.

Mrs Hayes is awesome. She is the reason why my daughter is doing well in school and the reason that all the teachers are good. If anything happens to Mrs Hayes I will pull my daughters out of this district. She takes time to get to know parents and likes to talk with the kids to make sure everything is ok!

Mrs. Hayes is my inspiration! She has encouraged and mentored my daughter all year long through personal and school struggles. If it weren't for her
I don't think my daughter would be getting the grades she has now! Knowing that someone cares when you walk through the MMS doors goes a long ways! We need more people in this world like her!!!

Mrs. Hayes is not only inspirational but motivational. She always expected the best of her students and gave the best back. Leading by example and greeting her students by name made everyone feel like an integral part of the school. Her love of the school is shown in the pride the students have when speaking about MMS. I remember her coming to all the after school events and staying to greet the parents and encourage the students in their performances. You are doing the school and our great city of Temecula a grave disservice in removing her and I am sad for the future Mustangs.
