Mrs. Hayes always was supportive to my kids. From one whom had special needs to two that excelled. Because of her and the entire Margarita staff my kids went on to greater and better things in life. How can someone who was always there for you your kids just have a district turn their backs on her?

Mrs. Hayes was always so nice and understanding I don't understand why people are calling her a tyrant she would take no power over people she was just trying to do her job as any other person would. She can't let kids run the school there needs to be some type of enforcement.

It would be a great injustice to Mrs Hayes, her past students, her present students (my son David Estrada) and to her future students. She is an asset to Margarita middle school and our overall community.

I recently met Mrs Hayes at a PTSA meeting for new 6th graders 2015-2016 school year. She gave great guidance as to how to have a successful student at Margarita Middle school which I highly respect. I've only heard great things from the parents of Margarita regarding Mrs. Hayes which is why I am comfortable to send my son there. If this changes I will be looking else where.

Mrs. Hayes has been an absolutely amazing principal at Margarita Middle School. My son is finishing up 8th grade, and I honestly could not have been more impressed with the leadership and positive impact on the students. I am astonished that Mrs. Hayes is facing a forced resignation. This would be a travesty, and would only hurt the school district and students.

Mrs. Hayes is a true professional who has developed a tremendously successful program at MMS. She needs to be supported and honored for her work, her integrity, her professionalism and for how she demonstrates her caring commitment for our kids. I had the pleasure of working with her for the years my daughter attended MMS and was an active parent serving as W.A.T.C.H. Dogs chair and on the PTSA. Volunteering and spending time around campus I was able to see Mrs. Hayes' positive impacts on the students and teachers at the school. Mrs. Hayes was also often seen at events outside of school hours where one or more of the students might be participating. Again her presence and leadership where noticed and I often observed her being approached by students and parents in a very positive way. I have worked with many teachers and principals around Temecula and Mrs. Hayes is a true standout. She knows how to motivate kids and demand the best from them elevating a challenged school into one of the most successful in the city. This was accomplished with her leadership and commitment to the kids and the community. Walk among the students and faculty at MMS and you will hear about the positive force that Mrs. Hayes brings to the school as I did during the years I was there. I urge you to consider Mrs. Hayes' track record, history and support while making any professional decision about her.

Mrs. Karen Hayes has been an incredible mentor and example of positive leadership for the past six years for our two sons. Our oldest son is a senior in High School and continues to reference life examples that Mrs Hayes and her incredible staff have bestowed upon him. Mrs. Hayes has gone out of her way to support off site activities like margarita golf and margarita baseball. The Johns family would like a chance to stand up and profess our support for Mrs Hayes- god bless

This has been my sons first year at MMS. I have not had much interaction with Mrs Hayes, but can say I have been very impressed with her welcoming the soon to be 6th graders last year and how she has ran the school. My son has talked with her several times about his schedule at the beginning of the year, she was so kind and comforting to him with everything being new to him, and guided him in the right direction. My son thinks and speaks very highly of Mrs. Hayes. Each time I have seen her at school or even out having dinner with her family, she has taken the time to say hi and a smile. She cares about her school and the students. I have my daughter starting at MMS come the new school year 2015-2016 and it would be a shame to see the school change from the way it is currently ran. I have also heard of other parents issues of their child being mistreated or bullied by other students and Mrs. Hayes actions were quick, positive and handled in the correct manner as they should have.

Mrs. Hayes has been a mentor to me since my days at MMS (12 years ago). She truly cares about her students and their well being beyond their middle school years. MMS would not be the same without her, and her absence from the educational field will impact future students achievement. I feel blessed to have had such a caring principal and I would not want any student to ever be cheated out of this opportunity. What a shame it would be to see those who really care about their work be eliminated.
