We the undersigned, request that Jonker Walk in Melaka be opened to pedestrians on selected days as it was before.
Since Jonker Walk has now become part of the Heritage City, we call on the Melaka State Government to recognise this, and stop any future plans that may interfere, interrupt or cause the night market to cease operations.
We also call on the Melaka State Government to look for better alternatives in solving traffic woes, and to allow Jonker Walk continue attracting both local and foreign tourists.
Keep Jonker Street. Save the Heritage City.
