Absolutely nobody that committs a crime like this should ever be allowed back on the streets. This family is being torchered every few years by reliving this horrific crime in order to keep this man in prison. That is disgusting. There should be no option for parole. Please bring back the death penalty for these families.

A vicious and heinous crime by an individual who would be unable to function in today's world. Being locked up for so long, there is no telling how he would act on the impulses he has that led to this crime to begin with. I was 7 years old and remember every detail of this and watched Bonnie Faye sadly live out the rest of her life without her daughter but ensuring this man stays behind bars!

He shouldn’t be up for parole every two years. He was sentenced to two life sentences and he should serve

This man has no regard for human life, as shown by his actions of raping, killing, and mutilating someone who was his close friend, and who trusted him completely. He also continued to infiltrate himself into her family by offering his support and condolences to her heartbroken mother afterwards. He had a previous history of exposing himself to women/girls in the local community and school campuses. He was able to conceal his actions and true nature from the victim's family and friends as well as the entire community, all the while living his best life and even being a pallbearer at the victim's funeral. This shows his ability to show a different face as opposed to his true nature, and the parole board should not be fooled by anything he has to offer as to his rehabilitation and penitence for what he has done.

Murderers shouldnt get the opportunity, but mostly, families shouldn’t ever have to worry again that their loved ones killer could be set free. This is reliving a nightmare.
