He took the life of Crystal Faye Todd in a most horrific way. He should’ve received the death penalty but he didn’t. At a minimum he should remain locked away for the rest of his natural life.

This monster should never have the chance to get out of prison. He deserves to spend the rest of his life behind bars. Crystal never had the chance to live her life, so the monster that took her life shouldn't either. It is true that many offenders like him will get out, even several years later, and rape and kill again. He should never get another chance to do another heinous crime like this. My prayers go out to Crystal's family. I hope Register never, ever gets the chance to walk free again.

I remember this like yesterday! I will never understand how someone that is a "friend" can commit such a horrible crime and pretend to be in the face of the family and friends as they grieve for Crystal. She will not be forgotten ❤️

Register needs to stay behind bars. He has not yet paid the full price for the life he took and the trauma he inflicted upon her mother. He actually killed his victim, raped her, then comforted her mother, helped look for her, then served as a pallbearer. Her mother trusted him. What a monster!
