This is the correct example of our justice system needing to complete a life sentence with a person that will harm another human again. He is wired as a deviant and there is no reprogramming these impulses. He should never be allowed in free society again

Johnnie Kenneth Register was a former athlete at Conway High School during my tenure as a teacher and athletic trainer. Register exhibits all the traits of a psychopath, having been physically, aggressive and threatening to the coaching staff, and fellow teammates while we participated an athletics at Conway high school. He had to be physically restrained on the sidelines during a game against Hartsville high school, his senior year. To allow this convicted criminal who shows no remorse for his actions or deeds, to be released into the community would be a travesty of justice. Register needs to serve the full terms of both life sentences before he’s released. He is encourage, and it is my belief and opinion that he would assault and possibly murder someone else. He cannot control his anger, and his temper will be his undoing.

He needs to stay where he is. She doesn't have a choice why should he. He took her tights so why does he have any. I lost my brother in 1983 to a murder that never should have happened. The girl is out of prison but the guy is still there. Keep them there. They took rights so they should not have any.
