The parole board denied his release and he will remain behind bars. It has been a long and draining road but knowing Westley has justice brings a heavy sense of relief. We will stay watchful for any future developments.

Jeffrey Kizewski was convicted of killing 18 year old Westley Young in July 2006. Despite never admitting his crime he is nearing the time he will be eligible for parole. He has never shown remorse for taking an incredible soul from this earth. This petition requests the Parole Board of Wisconsin to keep this monster in prison for the entire length of his life sentence conviction.

Jeff Kizewski stated only days before this heinous crime that he had a desire to "disable and dismember" another human being. He chose Wes Young. When Jeff savagely murdered Wes, he stole a bright, shining star from this world. As he has shown zero remorse for his actions, and still maintains that he's guilty of no wrongdoing, it can only be deduced that he will repeat his murderous activities upon release.
He took a life he should never be let out. Let him out when Wes Young is alive and breathing again
He should not be let out of prison ever. The coldness of his actions speak volumes. Even his admission to not having any remorse makes him very unpredictable. Please keep him locked up.
Do not let this man out because of “Model Behavior” Do not let this man out because in today’s society he is going to encounter gay men, women, transgenders etc. and he won’t be able to handle himself, per his defense in court. Do not let this man out because you have the power to prevent a serial killer.
Someone who commuted a brutal crime such as this, with no remorse shown whatsoever, should never be granted parole. Keep this monster in prison where he belongs.

I have watched the loved ones Wes left behind try to cope with his death. This murderer needs to be locked up.
