I have been riding my horses on those trails for over 40 years, we have ALWAYS picked up after our animals, have done improving those trails and find this proposal incomprehensible; this country needs more human beings out in the wilderness, excellent for mental health of our society and culture, this needs to be RETHOUGHT!
Who are these people supporting this, desk people, people who don’t fully appreciate or understand how this would impede the ability to make what Oregon provides what 80% of the states in this country can’t.
NO, NO, NO! Response appreciated.

Keep trails open to equestrians unhampered by restrictions. Thousands of miles of our trails are being maintained by use of horses hauling gravel, bringing in support for bridges etc.

I whole heartedly endorse maintaining Jefferson county trails open to all users, and to maintaining equestrian animals in their historic classification.

Horse trails keep things organic and most all of us work hard to keep them clean and accessable.
