Not only does it affect people doing Japanese at the moment, as everything we have learnt will be for nothing, especially the higher years, but the new year sevens will be so disappointed if Japanese was removed before they got to learn it.
Please bring Japanese A levels back.

I have a few friends that are doing Japanese and they are devastated that it will not be going on as A levels. I am shocked and sad that they have to stop what they have learnt and spent time doing revision for tests and working so hard and for what nothing this shouldn't happen and I am so angry that they would do something like this please sign the petition as it is our only chance to get our right back x

I'm enjoying Japanese so much. Some say hard but I like a challenge. My teacher was devastated and almost on the verge of tears when he told my class. He was trying so hard to keep together. Please help my teacher. Keep Japanese for us. Some people need it.

I am now studying Japanese in year 7 and I was devestated when I got told that Japanese wasn't going to be taught any more.
I absolutely love learning Japanese, it is such a fun subject to study.
I would love to take Japanese for my A level and I have always wanted to maybe have a job involving Japanese.
Japanese is such a fun subject to learn and defiantly one of my favourites.
Please please don't stop Japanese being taught in 2017.

Ive studied Japanese at school for almost a year, and I chose to do it along with French. I would so much rather do it than French, Spanish or German and to hear it was being banned was devastating for me!
