This proposal is just another example of how greed is ruining our community. When will this madness end?! How about all the sparse strip malls on 19, why aren’t they being utilized rather than infringing on homeowners? Sadly this area is no longer the place I envisioned raising my children.

The destruction of Pasco's greens spaces will hurt our county more in the long term. People like green spaces and are becoming increasingly agitated by the excessive and rapid development of green spaces with consideration of the residents who already live here. It needs to stop!

Trinity is becoming too congested. The schools are full and the roads are now not big enough or designed for this much. The infrastructure can not handle the growth that we currently have. Please do not rezone to add more housing and more businesses.

Please do not do this. Our wildlife doesn't have enough land and they're starting to come into peoples properties. Many people who live in this area are low-income families that cannot afford another bill as well. We love the country feel here and we are trying to clean up our area.
