4 story apts will not fit in out there. There is also the safety of the wildlife in that area. Increased traffic means increased danger for the natural inhabitants. We have encroached on them too much already.

There is more than enough abandoned buildings that can be torn down and/or converted to apartments. Just because there are trees and grass doesn't mean it needs to be developed!

Enough is enough! Repurpose the blighted buildings and properties or tear them down to build apartment on! US 19 is full of them!

Getting sick and tired of Pasco destroying our green space. There are enough apartments on 54. It is obvious someone is lining their pocket well plus incompetency among county planners. Time to fight and expose. Why is it we have water restrictions for so many years yet allow for so much residential building?

Information about car crashes on Tanglewood Dr. - Apartments would create an increased traffic safety risk for our community in an already dangerous road. The following info is from the 911 emergency services system:
From 6/6/2020 through 4/23/2021 (i.e., less than a year), there were 14 crashes that resulted in a 911 call on Tanglewood Drive, a two lane road 1.67 miles miles long. Of these crashes, 8 involved "a vehicle crash with injuries", 1 was "a hit and run" and 5 were transfered to the FHP (this means "no road block, no injuries").This information does not include accidents where 911 was not called.
Our county commissioners said they needed statistics to back up various concerns, so, here's a valid statistic:
In 10 1/2 months there were 14 serious accidents on Tanglewood Drive or 1.3 accidents per month. This seems excessive considering that road is less than 2 miles long! And we are to expect no increase in traffic safety risks to our roads with apartments going up?!?!??!
