We have put our heart & souls into keeping this area rule there is very little land that big companies with big money have not taken up what little rule land we have here in west pasco there are plenty of empty large shopping areas that can be cleared for appartment living our community is peaceful & relatively crime free build the appartments opens our community to high crime & less peaceful we moved out of an area where a appartment complex was built just for those reason's more noise * commotion day & night & crime rate went up

Reject the county’s proposal which forces residents to abandon their current water and septic systems and hook into the county sewer and water systems, at the owners expense. That’s just one reason to not support this development plan. Follow the money and see who’s pockets are being lined.
