My husband and I are adamantly opposed to the county's proposal to allow for the development of up to 230 apartments in the Tanglewood East area. We do not want this!

Please do not allow an apartment complex destroy the woods by Tanglewood. We bought here for the woods and uncrowned land. Don’t make Pasco another crowded Pinellas.
Money isn’t everything. Don’t destroy this beautiful county just to bring in more money.
We need to share the earth with the wildlife.

The developers of these rental properties should post revenue with the towns they are building in, sufficient to show that there rental properties will provide adequately funding of all local services including schools, new school construction, fire, police etc. These rental units must pay their fair share of expenses at least equivalent to that of individual home owners.

Pasco county officials need to stand up and protect individual homeowners and the environment instead of changing/altering building guidelines to please developers. If they allow this apartment complex, it destroys the rural area and the expectations of the homeowners who bought homes there. We all know "money talks". Building codes mean nothing at all if you just change them for those who want to profit, instead of proecting what already exists. DO THE RIGHT THING AND PROTECT THE HOMEOMNERS, THE WILDLIFE, AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

It's time to stop overuning county with apartment projects. These do not aid in community building and ruin aesthetics of area. Just drive out Sr 54 and see the disaster you have let happen under your watch.

Absolutely no. This is the last thing our neighborhood needs. Our schools already are having difficulty keeping up with the kids they have
