There are enough apartment complexes in this county. Why is it you hate for people to have peaceful neighborhoods. Build this garbage where you live you low life POS

Totally agree with previous comments...The folks who thought this would be a good idea are probably the same who thought another gas station/convenience store would be acceptable for our downtown" gateway's" beautification. Driving on 54 my beautiful little granddaughter asked, "Grammy, what is sucking up all the cows?" Heartbreaking !

Totally against this. Our wildlife already has nowhere to go. Just keep building and building to line your pockets. That's all this is about!

Destroying more habitat just for developers to pocket a fortune while taking advantage of weak zoning laws. Wetland mitigation? Try preservation. Habitat destruction, traffic congestion, more wildlife deaths on roadway. Ridge Rd has many types of habitat along its stretch from Little Rd to Moonlake Rd. Increasing the density of housing will negatively impact the people who live in this area and decimate wildlife habitats.

Keep the nature of community rural, please. Build closer to 19, in the correctly zoned locations.

We are already overcrowded. Overbuilding only helps those that are lining their pockets, not the folks that live here and care about their community.

We don't want this. Our city is already suffering because of over building! We are certainly not okay with the building or buildings of this sort in this beautiful, safe area. Nothing but bad and ugliness will come from this!!!!

Please keep this neighborhood rural. Pasco County is being paved over to the detriment of all the living beings here

It's time to improve and utilize the vacant, dilapidated lots first.
