They need to figure out what to do with traffic. Many roads can't be widened and we already have major traffic issues. Doe anyone think about where we are going to get enough water for all these people? Pasco county commissioners need to do some serious thinking about the effects of all this building, and stop looking at the just the revenue from taxes.

Infrastructure needs to be improved first. Widening Moon Lake & DeCubillis. Think, good grief! The corner of Starkey and DeCubillis is a nightmare already.

Too many empty shopping centers don’t need another one . Traffic is terrible now don’t need additional apartments!

I bought here to have property, space, and less traffic, well, septic, and freedom to have animals. Not to have apartments, strip malls and unbelievable traffic. Do not allow someone to change zoning laws on people who choose and area b/c of those laws.

Please do not change this from single family homes to multifamily apartments!!! There is way too much development and traffic now!

Do not do it! There are already daily accidents on the roads in this immediate area, the last thing we need is even more vehicles! Start addressing the traffic issues in our area, don’t add to them!

There is way too much development going on in Pasco county! Many of us chose to live here to have a little more space and privacy. You can't drive one mile without seeing multiple gas stations, grocery stores and apartment buildings as well as new development neighborhoods. It's sickening. Our environment and wildlife are suffering! Please stop building now!
