Why buy property and then try to rezone it? If you want property zoned for muti dwelling, then find available property zoned for that purpose.

There is a reason why people in the community of there they enjoy the rural living near the city we do not enjoy this county imposing anything more than the taxes we pay. You started by putting sidewalks and Sweet Bay Court for what the students do not use it and we do not need any more traffic than we already have due to having the school in our neighborhood.
