Keep It Rural

I am sick of the wildlife being uprooted and more development causing sink holes for residential homes. We are a country area, and that is why we moved here, to get away from all the traffic and to live peaceful with clean air. Keep our area free from all this. It also becomes a dangerous area with more crimes when you start adding low income homes and more apartments and knocking down our trees. It won't be long before we won't have any oxygen in the air if we keep killing our trees to build homes. We need a border around Florida to keep people out. Start there. Build a wall.

I was born in Florida over 60 years ago and have not seen much improvement over those years. We certainly do NOT need any more development. Our precious area still has numerous whitetail deer, gopher tortoises etc that many of use enjoy seeing on a regular basis. By continuing with all of this development you are actually devaluing our property just so the developers and investors can make a fortune ... as well as increase the tax base for the county. Simply nothing good for many of us who have worked hard all or our lives to preserve what little bit of land and wildlife that we could.

We are rapidly losing our rule community which is creating a wildlife issue which no one seems to care about and that absolutely needs to change!!!

Keep Pasco Rural. I've been in Pasco 35 year's. Pasco cannot take anymore people! We don't have the infrastructure. We have turned our land into a Preserve and Wildlife Sanctuary because we want to save Rural Florida.

Don’t do it. It will be a disaster to the current residents. There are plenty of other places to build something like that.

spot zoning (should be illegal) would create many issues and safety for the public-hell no!

I moved to Pasco County to get away from populated area and be in the serenity and quiet of the country, cows, horses, minimum traffic etc. I live in Wesley Chapel and am shocked at the number of homes being built. The traffic is horrendous already and will be so much worse. KEEP IT RURAL.
