This property is an Indian Burial site. The town will be cursed if they build houses on it.

A comment in the paper said has around 500 cars travel and over 8,000 can travel Heins Road each day. This road is torn up, breaking apart and pot holes galore. When did they supposedly do a vehicle count? I would like to see the data because I have lived here over seven years and have never, ever seen a vehicle counter. Yes, I know what they look like.

Cluster homes, at no more than 15 feet apart, means exorbitant foreclosures, rental properties with absent landlords, etc, etc.

I moved to Blythewood to be in the country to have horses. This is only a few miles from my home. This would cause too much traffic, which is already bad in Blythewood. The intersection at hard scrabble and Langford is already a death trap. People pull out in front of you. No one moves to a rural area to get this many neighbors. You are killing trees and moving nature from its habitat. It's already bad around hard scrabble and now moving it's way out. My suggestion would be to make it a horse park not another Lake Carolina.

My family and I have lived here our whole lives. I want to preserve it for our children also. Let those who can't have at least 5 to 10 acres or a house that isn't right up under the next one stay in the city

Blythewood is so beautiful it would be a shame to see it over run with crowded houses and crap. Everybody loves it for it's pretty views and nature!

Keep it rural, stop trying to make everything cluttered with houses! Animals need places to roam and you developers just keep cutting down their homes. Think about the impact on the environment for a change.
5 to 10 acre lots would work well
