Keep neighborhoods out of the country. That's why we moved out here to stay away from neighborhoods and traffic and how loud they can be.

Is the county's intent to intensely develop every acre? Smart growth would keep dense development in urban areas and maintain the integrity of rural areas with large multi-acre lots.

A comment was made by one of the representatives for Drapac Group that those of us opposing this development are selfish. His direct quote was "oh so, you have yours but you don't want anybody else to have theirs." On the contrary, we would be perfectly happy for families to move to this property and have exactly what we have: homes on multi-acre lots in the country - not house after house 30 feet from their neighbors, no streetlights, no lighted subdivision entrances, no sidewalks just country living with stars at night, wildlife and quiet.

yes keep us rural! Thus us our community. These developers come from other and and out of state to develop. They only care about their bank accounts. They are in and out and we are left to deal with their mess. It changes our community forever.

Too many homes in a rural area for that many homes. We just moved to Cobblestone this August for the reasons we what to protect! Small town living outside of the congestion when we want to be in it but not everyday!

Blythewood is a peaceful place to love. Don't add large subdivisions like this nonsense.

I have enough trouble avoiding getting hit from other cars just getting out of my driveway now. I have lived here for 40 years.

Blythewood is not set up from an infrastructure standpoint to handle this sort of expansion. Traffic is already a nightmare as it is, and there is just not enough room for expansion.
