The type of community that Drepac is proposing does not fit the landscape of the area. Drepac is basically forcing a change that is not welcomed by most of the current landowners in this area.

We moved out to the rural area of Richland Co. because there are few places to go that are rural. This massive neighborhood will take away the rural feel of this corner of the world and the benefits of rural living.

Morning traffic on Langford Road is already bad. The flooding from the storm should prove that this area cannot handle additional deforestation and additional homes being built.

This will back up to our family property. We built here because of the lack of neighborhoods and traffic noise. Want to keep it that way.

So many people can only dream of retiring and raising a family in a community that is as beautiful and quite with an awesome school district, away from the everyday burdens of city and inner city life. Hawaii had a saying in their rural areas...Keep the country country!!! This phrase applies here and should be adopted during this petition process.

The infrastructure in Blythewood just isn't adequate. They want to add 500 houses. Two cars per household is the US average. That would be 1,000 more cars and no plans for improving or widening any roads yet. Don't do it.

Heard a rumor Friday there is a proposal for a apartment complex on Wilson Blvd just north of Langford Road on the left hand side (the planning commission has an apt complex on their agenda). Can't imagine the traffic from Langford and apt complex (Wilson) onto Blythewood Road, you will never get through the light. If we add this "proposed development," it will be a nightmare!

This is not a good idea. It will only bring more traffic and inconvince to everyone. People who moved out here to have peace and quiet

Don't want rezoning no matter how many homes are proposed to being built.
