I oppose this rezoning to higher density. The influx of traffic that the neighborhoods and Kids House will face will not be secure and will pose danger to the kids and increase flood risks for our already wet neighborhoods.

The higher density housing is out of character with other housing on Hester. We do not want to see this as starting a trend on Hester. Other areas off of Ronald Reagan should not be a problem.

I'm opposed to the rezoning for townhomes on Hester Avenue. This shakily remain and single family residential developments. There will be plenty of townhomes available with Reagan Center

We moved from Orlando/Orange County to get away from density related to townhouses, apartments, and strip malls. Please don't rezone this land and, if you must, please rezone it for single-family homes that are single story for the sake of the privacy and security at the Kids House and in consideration of the traffic on Hester. Please do not connect the Hester property to the Ronald Reagan development. Thank you.

We have too many traffic issues on Hester already. Please, no high density communities on Hester, it will only make matters worse (traffic / flooding from water run off).

My husband and I just purchased a home in Lake Jessup Woods. We bought our home for the quiet and low traffic volume.

We moved away from Miami because they were putting townhomes on every corner. My family and I really enjoy the community we live in and would think about leaving if this passes.

Rezoning should not be permitted without a benefit or as a necessity to improve the existing surrounding community. The impact on the wetlands and the privacy of the facility already in existence should take priority. Until the current housing projects are completed there should be no further development without demonstrating a demand.
