Stop the rezoning of and development of townhouses on the west side of Hester Avenue.

Traffic is bad enough as it is. I couldn't imagine what it would be like with everyone trying to get off to work. Stop this development.

I agree that this is so not fair to the children at Kids House who deserve peace and quiet and privacy!
In addition, townhomes on this road will cause way too much traffic on Hester. And the low price point will do nothing but drive down our property values, which are finally starting to come back after the recession.

This will lead to many traffic issues. The lack of privacy for the Kids Home is unacceptable, those kids have been through to much. Lastly it will bring down the value of the houses in the area.
