I oppose the rezoning request. I prefer that it be zoned for single family residence.

If we keep developing at this rate there will be nothing left besides a concrete jungle. We must find a balance!

Low density, single-story home would be more suited for this property, or a small park for the surrounding residents to enjoy.

The zoning should be for detached single family housing only with a minimum of 0.25 acres per lot

The area is not zoned for town homes and should not be changed to accommodate. All homes in the area are single family and should remain that way. The increased traffic due to the density will also adversely effect the traffic on Hester which is already creating issues during morning and evening rush hours at Ronald Reagan. Additionally if this subdivision is accessible from the townhouse project underway on Ronald Reagan this would increase traffic even more and create a cut thru for the Windsor project increasing traffic even more on Hester.

I would rather see houses or a park in that area.

I'm absolutely opposed to the zoning/construction of any townhomes on Hester Ave. The continuous development of these types of complexes have been proven to be unsustainable while missing the opportunity to create a destination that focuses on economic growth, public use, and green spaces that would benefit the surrounding communities.

We are very concerned about drainage issues as they are already a problem before this construction has begun.

These Townhomes will dramatically decrease the home values in the area that are finally coming back. The area will be far too dense, and serious concerns on storm water that is already a problem. Do not want the Townhomes built

When this site is covered with structures and asphalt, where will the storm water go? I think this storm water will flow downhill, and have a severe impact on our neighborhood.
