As a new member of this community, I am disappointed to learn how this was handled and hope that less questionable methods are conducted in order to reach a conclusion based on reliable and legal guidelines.

I oppose any development on Hester and Myrtle St. There is already a large volume of traffic on this small street. More development would be really bad and dangerous for the street and the intersection at Hester and Ronald Reagan.

I would not like the land to have townhomes because it will increase traffic in our area. Townhomes bring a lot of investors and then higher crime. Single family homes are welcome.

Please deny the Zoning request for high density and consider zoning for single family residences.

I object to the changing of the zoning to high density - please keep low density or 1 Single Family home Per 1/4 Acre. The Reagan Center of over 800 Apts etc is high density enough, Thank you

We have a lot of traffic in this area and a lot of seniors. More traffic is bad for the seniors and dangerous for additional residents.

We selected this area in Sanford for two reasons - there was plenty of green space and because we wanted to stay in Sanford, but at the time we purchased our home, there were not any up-scale housing developments (options) and purchasing off Hester Ave gave us both. How many townhouse communities does this area really need? If this area becomes inundated with townhouses or apartment complexes, I will need to consider relocating to Lake Mary. Let's work on adding value to Sanford and draw in new homeowners, but not at the risk of overloading an area with townhouses. In my experience, townhouses and condo's lead to rental units and not homeowners.

If a zoning change is made it needs to be compatible with the existing homes in the area, single family detached homes. In addition road improvement and turn lanes need to be constructed and a traffic light needs to be installed at the intersection of Ronald Reagan & Hester Av.

Rezoning this for town homes is not consistent with the surrounding community which are single family homes on 1/4 acre lots. It is not a benefit to the surrounding area, it is only in the best interests for those in the position to profit from this change and that is the developer, the realtor and the owners of the current lot in question. The owners and their realtor could not answer basic questions regarding what is going on the property because they don't have a say. There job is to simply rezone it so they can sell it. The developer is the one that knows their plans for the property and they will not tell us their intentions and hiding behind their contract with the Rosier.

I oppose the rezoning request. It will change the neighborhood permanently and will increase congestion, noise, pollution.

I oppose the rezoning request. It is in contrast to the surrounding neighborhood to build townhouses. We should also be concerned about the safety of Kids House of Seminole. Thank you,
