I honestly thought Jill was just being difficult but looking at this outpouring of support makes me think Gerald actually has a real chance of staying put. My head is spinning a bit because I really did not expect this to blow up like it has. I am going to have to talk to her soon and honestly I am feeling pretty good about how that conversation is going to go.
