Microsoft made the fatal mistake of shutting down the multiplayer function on Flight Simulator X and now everyone has other ways of connecting, also a lot of people are planning the move to Lockheed Martin's Prepar 3D. Such as myself I made the move to Prepar 3D last month and now I won't turn back, sorry Microsoft but you screwed up big time..........
This is B.S if we do not have GameSpy we cant have multiplayer and multiplayer is a crucial part of FSX.
my husband and i have been flying together for years and now we cant even connect. bring it back microsoft!!!!
so annoyed by this news. guess its time to switch over to p3d like everyone else is doing since microsoft clearly doesnt care about the fsx community anymore...
Ridiculous decision. Spent so much money on add-ons just for them to kill the servers without warning. What a joke.
Its such a good simulator for training. I can't believe they shut us down.
