RIght on! ......The "Coastal Act" is a State law in California! Part of this law ensures and "prioritizes" access for commercial and recreational fisheries to areas in the coastal zone (usually within ports) to unload seafood.
Endless developments of Condominiums nd tourist shops dont serve local residents that have a desire to benefit from healthy locally sourced seafood that can be landed and sold in local port communities.
I will be writing to the Coastal Commission to support your commercial fishing fleet!
