IMPORTANT! Henderson County Commissioners Meeting Monday, November 6 at 5:30 PM at 1 Historic Courthouse, Main Street, Hendersonville. A Moratorium on all residential developments will be discussed. Public input welcome!

We have contacted ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX affiliates and asked that they attend the Thursday meeting and cover the plight of Etowah and Horseshoe residents. Bringing many neighbors Thursday as well. We moved to Etowah from Europe specifically for its rural quality and we won't tolerate a Disneyland in our backyard. Come to the meeting Thursday - There is power in numbers.

We don't need this large development here.

We can't let this happen to our community. We need to protect the beauty that God gave to us and yet so much has been taken away. I have lived here for 67 years.

I retired here for the rural-ness. I brought my hard earned pension money here. Do you really want me to pack up and go?

Keep Etowah's unique rural aura, and do NOT let this proposal move forward any further.

No infrastructure to support this.

At this time we do not think this new development is a good thing..

Is there a large enough market for renters? Why RVs? Why all the miscellaneous commercial buildings in a residential zone? What good is the letter from Etowah Sewer? How about the large increase in traffic on the roads?

Please Keep Etowah Rural. We came hear to enjoy this rural area and do not want it to change.

We are against the development of the farm. The road system and water system will not support another 500+ vehicles
