I live behind this facility. I can't imagine having drought like weather like we have been and then to add the smell of burning rubber on top if it depleting our air quality even more. This is a residential area where families LIVE, BREATHE, our kids play outside. DO NOT put this here!!!!

Do not want this near my house! What good does it do if you carefully buy property and build a house if there is no protection down the road.

I live next door to this facility and I do not want this tire recycling plant in our backyard. This is not a business that needs to be in a neighborhood. Do not allow this to happen.

Loud noises, dirt, and smoke will decrease the value of local homes. I expect our taxes to decrease accordingly.

This building sits right behind our house. The only thing that separates us from them is a chain link fence. Not only is it already noisy but I can't imagine how worse it will be now if they pass this. It's not safe environmentally and I don't want to be smelling and breathing that odor 24/7. I would think they would be held accountable for a lot of health issues after doing that. To top it off they will not have to pay city taxes although they will be in City Limits!

I'm opossed to the company located in a residential neighborhood. The company can cost effectively locate in an industrial area.

This company would destroy the quality of our air. People, like my husband, with COPD would end up moving. This operation would be a grave danger with anyone that has breathing problems. Our children deserve better and so do the taxpayers that live in this part of Pickens County.
