She has been both of my boys' doctor since birth. She has always answered my messages with any concerns I have had about the boys and whether or not I needed to bring them to the doctor for certain issues. This would be a big loss.

Great River running off more good Dr that we desperately need here. I’m not surprised, they ran off Dr McClellan also. And it will be impossible to follow these Dr’s to their new location because Great River will make it impossible for them to work anywhere close to here. I am ready to transfer all medical needs to Iowa City because of FMCH merging with Great River!

Our children, families, and entire community have a real treasure in Dr. Burnett! Her level of care and concern for her patients is absolutely phenomenal and goes far beyond just seeing a list of patients every day.
I'm not sure what type of "administrative changes" FMCH keeps going through, but countless amazing physicians have come and gone through the pediatrics office in the past 11 years. Please work to keep the medical staff we have come to know and trust. Our kids and families deserve the kind of care where we know who we will be seeing and can find a solid level of continuity as our children grow.
