I have absolutely enjoyed her care of my child for years. She makes you feel like family. And stays up-to-date with their medical records, so you know she cares. Her memory of the last visit helps the new one.

Dr Burnett is a wonderful Dr and goes above and beyond to make every patient feel like a priority, even during a very full schedule. I worked with her for 8 yrs in registration as a float and during that time I seen so much love from her patients every day. This would be a HUGE loss for our area if we lost such a great pediatric Dr. that has such a huge patient ratio of all ages.

I'm struggling to grasp how the administration could even validate this decision. Dr Burnett has been such an integral part of my children's health and well being. She possesses all of the knowledge and virtues one would expect from an excellent doctor.... and then some... ten times over! I pray I don't have to settle for a mediocre provider for my kids. So many of us in this community deeply value the high quality care Dr Burnett provides. Make the right decision.

I have so much love for this woman! This would be a devastating loss to my family and the area! Dr Burnett shows nothing but compassion and love for my babies and all people around her! There are hardly words to describe how amazing she truly is! I am not sure I would be able to choose and find another pediatrician quite like her! Hopefully we will not have to worry about it! We love you Dr Burnett and are hopeful that you can stick around!

Dr B is an Amazing Dr and a wonderful asset! ALL of My kids have seen her since Dr. A moved away and we couldn't be more happy with the level of care she has given. She has went above and beyond for our family, always. She has especially went above and beyond during the whole pandemic with my kiddos, especially my son with health problems. I have messaged her after hours, during business hours, on weekends and she is always there. I even had to message her when se were in NY as I forgot a certain medicine at home and my son was having issues and she called it in to a pharmacy 17 hours away for us and messaged with me to make sure our son was okay and if we needed anything else. We would definitly follow Dr B if she does not get to continue providing at FMCH.

Dr Burnett is one of the best doctor's Ft Madison has had for my kids. She has planted roots here and has stayed in this community to take care of our children when most doctors stay here for only 1-2 years and then move on. It would be a shame if she had to leave
