We complain about unemployment rates and benefit abusers. Here we have an example of a hard working young family setting up from scratch, teaching their children perseverance, intuition and determination. Surly we should be applauding this?

This setup is not hurting anyone. Leave them alone and worry about gypsy caravans and people who are breaking the law not people doing an honest day's work.

Small business, trying to earn a living whilst doing something for their community. Would be such a shame to take this much needed outlet away due to trivial issues which they have explored every avenue into resolving! Pretty sure there is another burger van in the same area on the road, surely it can not be one rule for one, another for someone else. Keep them
