When I went to Dulles high we always had our power hour it helps, because you can de stress , go to the bathroom, do homework or study for a quiz or test etc.... it helped me a lot this will help theses students as well

I actually use power hour to tackle homework that would keep me up extremely late. Especially when I have volleyball games, extended practice, or orchestra concerts!
