DHOH is a really important part of helping other students learn too. We need to keep it at Oster.

Old friend of mine joined the deaf program. One of his dreams is to have his children go to Oster and play with the deaf after he graduate out of college. So please, don't ruin his dream.

I'm signing this because a program and culture like this is important to have around. As someone who grew up with dead grandparents and has 2 interpreters in the family I understand a lot of this. Keep this program going!!

I sent my son to the Deaf Program to learn while listening better. I seen he started a new life by hanging with his friends and care about the school. Please don't move this program out of the school. This will be a huge loss.

I feel so strongly that the continuity of the DHOH education should stay where it is. These kids/families have already been moved away from their neighborhood schools into this program. To move the program is cruel and undercuts the community these students have found within the existing schools. Please recognize the importance of the existing community when making this decision. It will be so difficult to uproot these students/families again.

DHOH is an important part of Oster, both for the DHOH and non-DHOH students, teaching diversity and acceptance, among other things.
